our strategic plan, Rise 2020, includes a strong vision, four strategic pillars, as well as our financial ambitions for 2020.
Our five values are at the heart of everything we do, shaping our thinking, our actions,

To be a global partner in braking solutions through innovation and passion for success. We aim to grow, to prove the success of our brand and to strengthen our global presence in order to reinforce our position in a highly competitive market.

 

Our road to success

Our strategic plan Rise 2020 is based on four pillars:

  • Customers
    We are striving to strengthen our business with our customers to increase sales and better manage our resources. Our goal is to be among the top three suppliers of foundation brakes with each of them, and to sell at least two product families per customer.
  • Products
    We are following a winning-products strategy: more focussed on the market potential and the right USP. We are reinforcing our efforts on strategic products with a high market potential.
  • Business operations
    We are making sure that technologies requiring special expertise are manufactured in-house. We adjust our production processes and locations as well as the decisions on investments in order to focus on strategic products.
  • Operational excellence
    We are empowering employees to act customer-orientated and create added value.

Our Customer Line organization and Global Purchasing ensure that we meet the expectations of both global and regional customers on quality, costs and timing.
